Are you a new yoga teacher? Maybe you got into teaching to help others because you loved yoga, but you’ve never really seen yourself as an entrepreneur… I know that was my case for a long time. If it’s been your case too, today’s episode is for you.

MY 5 BIGGEST TAKEAWAYS FROM THIS EPISODE

1- Start to do something with what you know and have available today, focusing on actions that will actually create results. You need to get really clear on what actions will make you money. Talk about what you do, what you offer, how you can help.

2- When it comes to yoga studios, corporate business, or pitching events, be clear on the value that you add to that business. Your ability to communicate to that and be able to stand behind what your service is and how you contribute to their bottom line. When you know how to value the service you offer, you can ask for the appropriate financial compensation and feel good about it.

3- Money is not good or bad, but your relationship with it is very important. When you allow yourself to be the abundant, wealthy yoga teacher who is a living breathing example of wellness, you will end up serving your students in a better way, you’ll have more ability to be present for them, you will deliver higher quality classes for them, it’s a win-win for everyone when yoga teachers make money.

4- If you feel like a broken record, it’s ok, keep going. On average, people need to hear an offer 17 times before they are ready to buy. Getting clear on why your offer is useful will create desire in yourself about what you offer and when you talk about it you will sound genuinely excited instead of salesy. When you are sold on it, you will naturally sell it to other people.

5 – To grow your business you need to answers those 2 questions: What is the problem I want to solve for people? How can you make an offer to the people who have this problem?
