Dylan Werner is a renowned yoga instructor and author known for his expertise in breathwork meditation, hand balancing, and movement. He founded Myofascial Integrated Alignment and Myofascial Integrated Stretching, which are asana-based systems that combine scientific principles with movement to improve overall health and posture.
