I’m super excited to launch this new podcast called ON AND OFF YOUR MAT. I’m hoping to not only cover yoga, but let’s start there! Then, we’ll branch out to talk about health, food, philosophy and much more.

For our first episode, we’re meeting with 3 other teachers to talk about Yoga. What it means to them, how it’s defined in the literature and how it’s seen by their students.

OUR 3 GUESTS ARE Jenna Maryn Mitchell, Cara Edwards, and Monique Haan, from The San Francisco Bay area. For more info on them, keep reading. 😉
