I’m super excited to launch this new podcast called ON AND OFF YOUR MAT. I’m hoping to not only cover yoga, but let’s start there! Then, we’ll branch out to talk about health, food, philosophy and much more.

For our first episode, we’re meeting with 3 other teachers to talk about Yoga. What it means to them, how it’s defined in the literature and how it’s seen by their students.

Jenna has been teaching yoga and other forms of movement to people of all ages around the east bay, for about 3 years. She is dedicated to helping others cultivate vitality and strength in their body, calm in their mind, and confidence in themselves. Her certifications include 500 hr Yogaworks Professional Teacher Training Program, and 95 hr Wee yogis Kids and Family Yoga teacher training.

Cara has been teaching Yoga for 8 years. She started in her hometown of Gainesville, Florida where she also owned her own studio and is now located in Marin County. She teaches a variety of styles specializing in Aerial Yoga and Stand Up Paddle board Yoga. Cara is also an avid writer working on her first book.

Monique has also been a teacher for 8 years. She teaches yin yoga in Mill Valley and seasonal yin workshops in San Francisco. Monique brings a therapeutic aspect to her teaching, blending in her work as a Somatic Psychotherapist. She encourages a meditative and self-reflective practice.
