Magdalena Krohn is a yoga teacher and mentor for highly sensitive people (HSP). Using the tools of yoga, embodiment, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), she helps HSPs feel seen, validated, empowered, and connected. Magdalena’s mission is to change the narrative around sensitivity by celebrating it and uplifting all those who consider themselves sensitive.
