If you’re spiritually curious, you’ve probably heard of the four intuitive indicators called the Clairs: being Clairvoyant, Claircognizant, Clairsentient, or Clairaudient. You might think that if you don’t have fully-fledged psychic moments, you don’t have access to these abilities. But the truth is, accessing them could be as simple as feeling your body or following your intuition.
To talk about the Clairabilities, I sat down with Heather Ivany, a holistic practitioner and teacher of yoga, meditation, prayer and akashic reading. Heather always had a subtle experience with her intuition that further developed from a love of yoga. She self-taught straight out of the books nearly 20 years ago as a way to cope with her stress, saw amazing results, and now helps others lean into their spiritual energy and connect to their intuition, which involves understanding their unique way of connecting to the Clairs.
