5 BIGGEST TAKE-AWAY FROM THIS EPISODE
1- You don’t have to wait for your life to be in crisis to start to make a change. If you’re already in crisis, just start by listening in, so you can come back home to that connection with your inner state. Use meditation and mindfulness to become aware of your programming and eventually to update that program.
2- Meditation is a tool to enable us to experience more consciousness and open our hearts. Technology can be the same if investors and inventors are also working from a conscious and open-hearted state.
3- We need to cultivate more respect and deeper appreciation for the human experience. We have to stop devaluing some of the highest priorities of what it means to be human : living with an open heart and a quiet mind, exploring the gifts and wonder of why we are here.
4- The only way to change the world is to change yourself. The shift has to be collective at the grass-roots, one person at the time. It’s about radical responsibility.
5- Transformation and growth can seem like turbulence, chaos and turmoil at times, but as the progress start to unravel and change you, you start to see the positive shifts.
